Great experience

Needing legal support and direction at times is difficult. Cynthia made my experience as comfortable as possible and made sure my needs we're met. Her ability to work through the chaos and delivery through court and paperwork needs we're handled very well and professionally and there was no worry on my end.

Cynthia was recommended to me by a friend, and I would have no qualms to do the same for someone looking for a high value, high quality lawyer.

You will read some negative reviews, and like any review, you should take it with a grain of salt. Often times, in heated family matters its hard to see a positive outcome and sometimes people get frustrated and take it out on the lawyer. I have seen so many of these cases over my years in the justice system to know that emotions run high. I find Chris very professional and willing to work with his clients to achieve the best possible outcome.

As per a few of the other reviews here, Chris comes across as if he will fight for you and is very prepared. He advised us that there would be a certain retainer fee for him and another fee for another attorney involved. We stressed to him that we had a strict budget. Unfortunately, a simple case for legal guardianship dragged on from 1 court date to three. In fact, we were advised it was a slam dunk case and instead nearly didn't go through. He came across as very unprepared and nervous in court and by the time everything was finished it was at least twice the cost. Save your money and find someone with more experience. Unfortunately, I would never refer anyone to him.

Stacy Stusowski is an attentive and intelligent attorney. She is our real estate lawyer and has done a fine job of assisting us in closing our house sale in Lake County Illinois.
