Going into bankruptcy I was scared and unsure, this is my entire financial life I’m thinking about. However, all of my worries were quickly put to ease from the second I walked into Attorney Pratt’s Law Firm. Between him and his wonderful staff, I was able to feel confident while going through the process. A million thank you’s for being patient, understanding, and helpful during such a hard time in my life!!!!

Attorney Pratt really cares. I was afraid that I was going to lose my home but Eric Pratt's creative strategy allowed me to keep my house and my car.

I will give this firm one star because they did most of their job. After our initial consultation, we decided to go with this firm. As soon as we paid our fee, we were handed off to an "associate" who was to handle our case from then on. We never heard from him, we had to call a week after to ask what the next step was, he didn't even know we were paid and ready to start. We then handed in our paperwork and again waited weeks to hear from someone, AGAIN, I had to be the one to call to get things moving along! The one thing we wanted to re-affirm was our vehicle, we were assured that it would be taken care of. I received my reaffirmation paperwork for our vehicle THE SAME DAY we were being discharged from the courts of our other items, so this meaning that the reaffirmation wouldn't go through. So after this, they wanted us to pay AGAIN to open the bankruptcy, do the reaffirmation and have it discharged again. Now wait, isn't that what I paid for in the beginning?! They wouldn't do it. They said I had to pay again!! I, on my own, worked it out with the lender for our auto. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FIRM, unless you want to do the calling and leg work.

The Eric Pratt Law Firm were all consummate professionals who were absolutely first-rate in their legal knowledge and practice, which resulted in outstanding results. Had a bad experience with another law firm, but the honesty, integrity, personal attention and results exhibited by Eric and his team singularly renewed my faith in the legal profession. I highly recommend the Eric Pratt’s Law Firm. His honesty was greatly appreciated. We came to him with a big debt that we owed on a 2nd mortgage and after our first consultation, (which was free), we hired him to do a ch 7 bankruptcy. He explained everything in everyday language - not in lawyer speak like many attorneys like to do. We were able to make weekly payments to him that were automatically taken from our checking account. Not long after he was paid in full we received a letter from the debtor stating that they had decided not to pursue any action since the statute of limitations had expired. I brought the letter to him and without a 2nd thought he said I'll get you a refund. He did not try to sell me anything or try to convince me of anything. Within a week we had our refund. When you first go to see him you'll find him to be soft spoken and compassionate. Don't let that demeanor fool you into thinking that it replaces his knowledge or that there would be no fight in him. He is one attorney that is TRULY on your side. So many of us believe that when dealing with attorneys it's all about "billable" hours. Not true here. Eric Pratt puts faith back into the law profession. I strongly recommend Eric Pratt and his firm

When me and my wife meet with Eric Pratt Law Firm we were facing losing are business,are home and are way of life with a very large debt. We just came off a bad case with another law firm that cost us money with no results and in a worst position then we started.My wife was unable to meet with him due to her heath.He had the compassion to have her do a conference call with me and him to get the ball rolling. She never had to go to his office or a court room that put her heath in jeopardy. In fact on more then one occasion they meet with her at the hospital or the facility she was at.THAT I CAN NEVER THANK HIM OR HIS TEAM ENOUGH FORE. I can't even put into words. If you are looking for team of lawyers for bankruptcy fore-closer or any other financial lawyer look no further. They stand for you and your piece of mind. Honesty, loyalty to there clients and will be there for you. They stand at the top of the of hill, they know there craft and do better then most say they can.
