very disappointed at the end of everything it seemed that my lawyer defended my ex and not me I still have unresolved problems things that had to be resolved in court and extra charges for things that I did not authorize

We have been working with Botto Gilber Lancaster for several years. They are always amazing to work with, diligent and responsive. They take great care of many of our patients that need assistance in resolving auto accident and worker's comp cases. We would highly recommend the team at BGL to help.

My experience with them has been absolutely horrible! There is a girl that works there as only a secretary, Erin and she is the WORST! She goes on their computers constantly and stalks people, divulging private information to her family members. Erin uses this information for her own personal maliciousness. She has even used this information to harm her own niece and nephew. She carries herself as a “representative” or even as a lawyer at the firm. Contacting other law firms and the police. Erin is a relative of mine so I have seen this all first hand. Steer clear of this place. Really some bad unprofessional business here. I can’t help that your secretary is the one causing the issues I’ve stated. As well as I can’t help her immoral “family” behavior. It not only shows your firms unprofessional, unethical, immoral behavior. But as well as I was there (with Kristin) when your attorney left the courtroom mid-hearing in tears. If you support their unprofessional behavior so be it. But your statements are incorrect and false I’m afraid. As well as I never said anything about family In my post, so it’s clear your lies no??

Do not hire Elizabeth as your attorney. She cried and had to leave the courtroom because a judge chastised her. Super unprofessional. All she did for me was give me a big bill of attorney fees and did absolutely nothing for me.

My 1st lawyer, Jeanne was very nice and understanding. She did her job well. I wish I could say the same about my 2nd lawyer, Elizabeth. However, I am not satisfied with her “work” She was not compassionate, she was very pushy on getting paid and she unfortunately did not do much of anything to help resolve my family case.

Sharon was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative, and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend her.
