Hired Rich to handle a case for my wife as her brother passed! He will not return calls or emails have left numerous messages and emails with no response ! this is unreal for he's been paid up front sure wish he would at less call and tell us he is busy, sorry ,doesn't want to handle case,or something

Rich helped me when my ex took me back to court for a second time. I SOOOOOO wish I had known Rich the first time around! Rich was amazing at making me understand the process, understand what my rights were and what I wasn't entitled to and did a fantastic job and fighting for me for what was right!!! If you're looking for a true consultant in a divorce case, Rich is your man!

I've been in the real estate business for 11 years and have used Rich for the last 7...it would have been 11 years if I'd met him earlier! He's the ONLY attorney I recommend for my clients. He has a strong knowledge of the real estate industry. He's an advocate for his clients...and that is the best quality you can ask for in any attorney! He fights for what's right and is open, honest and realistic with his clients. He's available whenever I need him...literally. I used to joke that you'll only hear from attorneys from 9-5 Monday through Friday...but Rich does whatever it takes to get the job done for the client. He's communicated with me on weekends, after hours...whenever I needed him! If you're looking for a real estate attorney, Rich is the ONLY attorney you should call!!!

I am a Realtor and I have been one for over 18 years. I have worked with several real estate attorneys over the years. Many have been good, but many have been disappointing. I have used Rich now for about 10 years now. I love recommending Rich because he is a VERY FAIR attorney, has a heart, understands what the goal is to get a home closed, fights for my clients when they have been wronged, and even helps me when need be. He doesn't always work just the business hours that most attorneys work, which I find beneficial as my hours are not typical. He'll even respond to emails or voicemails after hours, and on occassion on the weekends if it is an emergency. Rich is not your typical attorney, and I like that. I really like recommending him to my first time buyers as he is patient with them, and will take the time to explain issues for them. They like him because he is NOT intimidating! He also takes care of all my sellers too. With the recent real estate market, he has been handling my short sale sellers and buyers, and continues to follow up with my clients AND the banks to get a response. He helps to take a lot of the stress off of me for all my real estate deals. I know that my clients are in good hands when I recommend Rich!
