I retained Cynthia J. Briscoe practically at the last minute for a custody case that was already scheduled for trial. I provided Cynthia with a ton of information for the case and she really stepped up to the plate and took immediate action. I was astonished with the fact that she reviewed and retained all the information I gave her to prepare for trial so quickly. Cynthia promptly kept me updated on the status of things without making me wait for answers. The office staff is super friendly; one person even told me that I could talk about things I needed to get off my chest without even being charged money. I felt like I was treated more like a friend then a client, and that’s what I needed during such a difficult time. If you know that your case is going to trial, I urge you to retain Cynthia unless you’re divorcing me because I want to use her. Seriously though, Cynthia’s exceptional skills as a trial lawyer prevailed in the court room with her confidence and her ability to plan and concisely relay her points to the court.
