Dan is a rare breed of attorney that cares about his clients and is willing to listen. I was dismissed by so many other attorneys that thought my case was hopeless, but Dan took the time to review the statutes with me and realized I was innocent. He also had the integrity to not encourage me to take a plea deal for something I didn't do, and had the courage to go to trial. In the end I was found not guilty. Fees are fair and well worth it.
