Dan Nold did an excellent job representing me on a hit & run accident whereupon I received a ticket for making an improper left hand turn. I hired Dan for a traffic case and was VERY satisfied with the outcome. I sent in my ticket when his law firm was closed, however, 10 minutes later I received a call from Dan to talk about my case. His attention to detail, compassion, and honesty are exactly what I needed at that stressful time. Two things that helped me the most with Dan were his honesty about possible outcomes of my case and his timely responses to any questions I had throughout. By the end, he managed to get my ticket reduced to a petty with minimal community service and some traffic school in order to keep the ticket off my driving record while keeping the costs below what was initially discussed.
