Although I didn't receive the outcome I was hoping for, John Dickson was very helpful in explaining how the statute's pertaining to my predicament worked in favor of my Dentist's faulty work. Unfortunately, a lawsuit would have cost me more than I could possibly collect...my Dentist knew this and didn't feel any obligation to correct the mistake(s) he made.
