Met with Tom and he was incredibly prepared to consult on my case after only an email and setting the appointment a day prior. Tom spoke with energy and enthusiasm but was straightforward and did not lead me to believe in any exaggerated sense of overconfidence. I felt comfortable and immediately knew that Tom and the team of attorneys at their firm were the ones I wanted to associate with.

I couldn't say enough about Thomas Spencer. A tough and emotional case involving my special needs son has come to a close after almost 16 months. Tom kept my case in the middle of the road the entire time. He never once gave me doubt or tried to convince me that I would win either. In this day and age one does not need to "sugarcoat" especially when it comes to children. The toughest fight I have learned can be between two parents who want what's best for their child. Thomas Spencer represented me in a potential misdemeanor for speeding. He walked me through everything and took control. Even though it was all last minute, He told me he would take care of everything. I showed up at court and I sat down while he went back and forth with the prosecutor. He got me from a misdemeanor to a slap on the wrist. I would definitely recommend

He is very tough, tellls you what he thinks, stirs you in the right direction but listens to you all at the same time. I could not have been happier to have Mr. Spencer on my side. I will say that I am grateful for the legal support and advice Thomas Spencer provided through my divorce. I had a former spouse who would not show up to court, pay child support, and go through the mediation process.
