It took a while dealing with the system. They were there, answered my questions very thoroughly. Helped me understand how everything worked, from the beginning. Wanting to make sure I understood disability and how it worked. Listened to my concerns. Great team! Highly recommended!

Phone interviews not easy

They are the best. I first got on SSD when I was 33 yrs old, with out legal help. Then when I was 41 I got a Class A CDL. license and drove for a Trucking company for 2 years. Then one month I made $8.00 more then was allowed per month, by Social Security and I was immediately cancelled. I went to Tuggle & Lichtenberger and Dave Toggle got me reinstated in about 15 months. I was not sure I could be reinstated because of the fact, that I was able to get a CDL license and Social Security said I was not disabled from depression, but I was and I just couldn't keep up with the demand of the Trucking Company I worked for. However. Dave Toggle was able to prove in court that I was too depressed to continue working and got me reinstated. If your trying to get on disability or get reinstated --Tuggle & Lichtenberger are the best.

I’ve been wanting to review this firm for awhile, but I’ve been dealing with failing health and getting my disability done on my own. David Tuggle left my case an incompetent assistant who constantly answered my calls with “What do you want?” When she left a week before my case, another assistant called and needed me to resend everything because they didn’t find what she had done! Then, he showed up in court with missing information and a problem that he had a year to discuss with me. The judge gave him more time to send in all the information and he still didn’t. This is not just opinion. I have an 18 page denial, listing what he didn’t wrong in nearly every paragraph. I also have email trails. In addition, when I went looking for a lawyer to represent me on appeal, every one in champaign county said they “didn’t want to clean up more of David’s messes.” I did appeal on my own and win, but it took another two years. I lost a lot of time that increased health problems and ton of money that I borrowed and will be paying off forever.

David Tuggle recently assisted my sister with getting approve for social security disability. I knew David when I worked in a law firm in Danville and was familiar with his with high level of ethics, professionalism and ability to obtain successful results for his clients. I highly recommend working with David if you are turned down or have a difficult time being approved for social security disability.

Very rude told me that Mr Tuggle probably wouldn't even See me even after I said I would I would pay just to talk to rude Linda said he would not even see me.. so I took my case elsewhere to a better lawyer... I would never recommend Mr Tuggle for another person....

After getting a denial notice I called and set up a free consultation. I went in with some of my medical history and file. I worked with Mr. Tuggle on social security disability.
