I highly recommend Mr. David Tuggle if you are ever in a vehicle accident. He did a amazing job with my settlement case. He would always call or email me things when something needs to be done and always returned my calls ASAP. He did not onetime drag my case out, he was always on top of things!

Mr lichtenberger called me back randomly to discuss helping me with a claim.... when I couldn't find a pen I asked if he could email me so that I have his email to send documents. After I couldn't find a pen his response was "oooooh boy" I then said "I'm very sorry to be a bother sir" And his rude response was "you contact an attorney for help but don't even have a pen to take down my information?" This is a very rude individual and he should be removed from your office! I suffer from many mental disabilities and now he's created a new wall for me t try and tear down before trusting attorneys!

I would like to first and foremost thanks Dave for helping me get SSI. I’ve been fighting for it multiple times and been denied. Even though it was partially favorable I am more than happy to have even gotten that far. Didn’t wanna take any risky chances appealing again but, Dave was more than welcome to help me appeal again and get what I deserved. All of this is because of having a great representative such as Mr.Tuggle. Highly recommended. He was also very consistent and staying in contact w/ me and a positive attitude.
