Ten years after my fathers death I found out his estate was not closed properly. Mr. Tietz did not direct me which to county to file the will in. A court order by a judge had to be opened so it could be moved to the proper county. When it was time to sell the home, he refused to do the filing in the next count because it would be mileage! Really!!! Luckily thanks to Andrew Chiligiris and his associate, Alex Idelman, I was referred to an excellent attorney. The new attorney open and probated my fathers estate and the new attorney seem to expedite everything so I could close the sell of my father’s home. Never again Mr. Tietz!!!! I’ve already followed up with my attorney to make sure my will is in order!!!
