Mr. Brinkotter has been a blessing to my family for many years.

I was facing an entire "legal team" in a dispute with an insurance company. I knew I needed a lawyer and after days of calling dozens of lawyers nobody called back. Then at 7:00 at night I get a call from Chad as he sweezed in one more thing to get a hold of me. Less then a week later I was in his office and he got straight to work finalizing the paperwork I had brought in. My claim took almost a year and as soon as Chad knew something I could tell he called me right away. It took patience but Chad saw it through and we won the settlement. All the lawyers in the surrounding area decided this wasn't worthwhile but Chad doesnt miss details and he wanted to at least hear me out. I would be in a much different place without his help and he even admitted early on that this wasn't his typical field so the fact that he succeeded is a testament to his dedication and litigation know how. Chad will have your back, even when no one else will.

Chad's knowledge and professionalism make him easy to recommend to family and friends. He performed the closing on the purchase of our house, as well as living wills for my wife and me. We were very pleased with his attentiveness and ability.
