I went to Josh after my husband died to make the arrangements my children would need to look after me and the estate I would be leaving. This was not his main area of practice but he was more than willing to accept the task and do whatever research he needed. He was quick to respond and gave me a convenient appointment in his Decatur office. The paperwork was all in order and he carefully explained each step. He was sensitive to my recent loss and the appointment was not the ordeal I had expected. I would not hesitant to recommend him for any legal need.

Josh assisted me when I was involved a corporate situation. Anytime you need an attorney it’s very unnerving. Josh’s professionalism and caring disposition will put you at immediate ease. After one meeting, I had complete confidence in his competency to help me, which he did. I have contacted Josh for other legal issues, and what I truly respect about him is if your needs aren’t his specialty he will put you in touch with someone in his firm. Knowing your specialty and your limitations in an attorney is hard to find. Hire Josh, you won’t be disappointed.

I asked Mr Rohrscheib for advice on a case I was involved in and he gave me very helpful information. Even though my case was not part of his expertise, he helped me understand the process. He gave me recommendations of lawyers who could help me. I believe he would be a great choice if you need a lawyer.

After my accident I didn't know how I was going to take care of things financially! I had broken my back and tore my PCL in my knee. The driver in my accident did not have any kinda of insurance and Josh worked hard to get my insurance to help me! He was very professional and timely about everything he did! Answered all of my questions open and honestly. I have a 2 kids and need to be able to provide for my family and Josh made that possible for me while I cannot work because of my injuries.
