I have been practicing construction and mechanic's lien law for over 30 years so it is not very often that a legal issue will arise that I have not dealt with before or an issue will arise that I want to talk through taking a different strategic approach than I have in the past. Jeremy knows construction and lien law backwards and forwards. So when I have a desire to bounce off an idea or work through a problem I am fortunate to know Jeremy, not just because of his legal acumen, but because he has always taken my call and taken the time to work through any issue with me.
