I attended a Construction Specifications Institute Meeting where Jeremy Baker was the presenter. The title of his presentation was "Words Matter". It is very difficult to present any legal topic and not have anyone fall asleep but Mr Baker succeeded. Not one of the 80 attendees dozed off and the questions were thoughtful and well answered. If I ever need a construction attorney, I will be contacting Baker Law.

Jeremy catered a presentation around the AIA A201 document to one of our CSI CDT exam prep classses. He was well versed on the subject matter while also providing deeper insight into the full use of the document within construction law. I was able to gather a better understanding of the docuemnt as whole and I am sure the rest of the class would agree with me as well. Thank you Jeremy!
