Rick and his team helped us close on a property with a lot of challenges in a very tight timeframe. Rick (and his amazing paralegal, Scott) were thorough, tenacious and did a great job helping us navigate the situation. And we love our new home! We will definitely recommend Rick and his team to our friends and family.

Rick was recommended by my real estate agent, and I certainly didn't regret taking his recommendation. I worked mainly with Chelsea and Cathy, and although I had long since moved half way across the country, they persistently negotiated a very favorable short sale settlement on my behalf and made sure everything came together for closing.

After meeting with Rick I had very high expectations, he definitely seemed knowledgeable. But it seems like they are working on too many cases at once to provide any meaningful representation, which is mostly done by legal aids. So far I'm very disappointed, but depending on how things progress I may update my rating and provide more details.

Rick and his team helped us save the home we live in and two rental homes from being foreclosed on. We lived in each of the 2 previous homes for several years while we fixed them up so it was not as easy for us to just let the bank take the homes since we had time and money invested in them. Rick and his time were always very patient when responding to our concerns and were very persistent and methodical when getting the same run-around we received when we communicated with Chase's and Bank of America's work out departments. Rick's team used their expertise to make steady progress towards several workouts and to ultimately secure a permanent workout for each of the properties in spite of our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. After we first met with Rick, his team was able to get a foreclosure stopped after it was filed in the courts. I was constantly surprised at how many times the phone forwarded to Rick during off hours. Many Saturdays and Sundays, Rick and/or the team member working on our cases would be in and answering their phones and/or returning voice mails. Although no one can guarantee that they can get a workout for you, it was Rick's team that was able to get us 3 for 3 workouts on the first mortgages (rental properties are always harder to get workouts on) and also a $67,000 second mortgage paid off for only $6,700 and another $199,000 second mortgage paid off for only $35,000. On our home mortgage, the interest rate was reduced to 2% and the mortgage set to be reduced by a third after 3 years of on-time payments. A sub 4% interest rate on one of the rental properties with a 40 year mortgage (which helps with the payments) and interest only being charged on about two-thirds of the mortgage. The other rental home has a 4.25% rate which is better than other rates available for rental properties. Our stress levels are now much, much lower which allows me to focus on work more. Someday, we would like to pass these rental properties to our son and that is now possible again.

Rogers Law Group did an outstanding job with my loan modification. I'd been turned down 3 times before and was almost at the end of the road.
