I would not recommend mr Chepov under any circumstances. I thought that he and his team we're unprofessional. We we're buying a house, and on top of not having any communication with the attorney and his paralegal, I had to research all the information myself( detailes of paperwork I need for a smooth transaction) Absolutely no consideration for my concerns( I was moving from a different state. The cherry on the cake was me finding out during actual closing that I have to invest another $3800 to replace the windows in our townhouse, that association requires, but I was unaware of, because my attorney didn't read the contract before he got to closing! He told me not to worry, because he covered his "rear end"- (I'm putting his quote lightly) and we can get out of the deal no problem, it obviously didn't occur to him, that at that point I moved out of my apartment, and had nowhere to live! You can't even imagine the stress and frustration I went through. They just seemed like they didn't care! Collected his fee nonetheless, no apologies! So beware, very low professional ethics!
