We hired Brad for the sale of our home and he was very quick to respond every time we called with a question. He walked us though each step and we felt we were in very good hands when he handled all closing matters for us. Prior to the sale, we contacted Brad for advice on other real estate matters. He is very professional, patient and fair. We will certainly hire Brad again in the future.

I have used Brad for both estate planning services and real estate closing services and could not be happier. His knowledge is exceptional and he places his clients interests' above his own, which is not always the case in my experience. Wish we'd met years ago as the most recent home purchase was my 13th and not all were handled with the same professionalism! Some attorneys want to placate all the interested parties for their own gain, but Brad has your back. He goes the extra mile, is honest and does what he says he is going to do. And his rates are very reasonable.
