Mrs. Dennis is the ultimate gaslighter. She never returns calls, files improper paperwork, if she files any at all. She will not fight for you. The other party will do all the talking. And she’ll tell you that’s the best your gonna get. Smack dead in the middle of your case she’ll request more money. She will postpone due to (any ex use she can) everything. She does not have an actual office, and honestly is the most difficult to contact. I truly wish we would have done way more research before hiring this attny. If you’re reading this run!! Do not even think about it. This will be a complete waste of your money and you will end up having to pay another attorney to fix everything she’s messed up.

Ms. Dennis handled my divorce/custody case and the results were great. I received everything I asked for which resulted in a fair and reasonable end for myself and the children. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!!

I am so happy with the outcome of my case! I was in a huge mess with my children's father over visitation and child support when I decided to get an attorney. Ms. Dennis did more for me than I thought possible, if you're looking for an attorney that will fight for you then I highly recommend this attorney!

Ms. Dennis walked me through the process of divorce and helped me make sure I was not being taking advantage. It is hard on the family going through this situation but Ms. Dennis fought hard for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good attorney.

I retained Patricia Dennis for my divorce, and I would recommend her to anyone of my friends or family members! She was fast and efficient. She answered all of my questions and made what I thought would be a painful process more bearable.

Ms. Dennis was our adoption lawyer for over a year. During this time she rarely returned calls (and at one point I was calling once a day for THREE MONTHS - I never had a response). She claimed to have filed legal papers on a certain date, but after checking with the court I found that she filed them MONTHS after claiming to have filed them. When we finally fired her, our new lawyer requested Ms. Dennis' files on our case. She did not return our lawyers calls or respond to written correspondence. Since we don't have the file, I'm not even sure that the other things she claimed to have done for us were even accomplished. We're starting all over again. We have since discovered from speaking with a few other lawyers, that Ms. Dennis has a reputation for this kind of behavior. I wish we had done more research on her before we'd hired her.

I hired Ms. Dennis a year ago to handled an uncontested divorce. I am still waiting for the divorce to be completed. I have contacted her on a monthly basis for updates and get nothing but excuses. She blames the delays on bad weather, the judges, paperwork, etc. She NEVER returns phone calls! If you want your issue handled correctly, efficiently and in a reasonable timely matter......DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Mrs. Dennis. My custody and visitation seemed to be spiraling into a complex case. Mrs. Dennis exceeded my expectations with helping me get things under control and ease my fears about the hearing. She is aggressive, honest, and outspoken. My opinion of the negative reviews is that those individuals were expecting things that they knew they didn't have a chance at getting and she represented them the best she could given the circumstances. Trust me she is not one to back down nor is she one to sugar coat things.

I hired Attorney Dennis to handle a child support/visitation battle I have been dealing with for 4 years. Not only did she finally get the right amount of child support from my childrens father and a visitation schedule that works best for myself, our kids, and their father, she took the time to listen to my concerns and why it was so inportant to me that these issues got resolved so we could be a happier family. I have had other attorneys in the past who had always pushed my case off and never took the time or energy to do the things that needed to be done to resolve our issues. Ms. Dennis started working on my case imediately and all our issues were resolved within a couple months. It was the first time I had ever walked out of the courthouse relieved. I am suprised to see any negative review on her, because I honestly think she was great! She has exceeded my expectations by far and if I ever need anything I will definately have her represent me.

I just recently used Mrs. Dennis in my family law case. She was always friendly. However, she took forever (months) to even file a motion for a hearing then the court clerk said she filed it wrong (after I called courts). She had me hire a private investigator and give her tons of documents to support my case. However, when we got to court she did not speak up at all to the judge and let the other attorney do all the talking. She convinced me to settle for one weekend per month and said that is probably the best I could get even though the other party was charged with numerous drug offenses. I was very displeased with her representation and am now trying to use this site to find a more competent attorney who will fight in court for what is right for the child.

I'm a totally disabled veteran and take prescription narcotics (morphine and percocets) so I relied heavily on this attorney to help me make good decisions in my divorce case. It's been a year and a half now since i've seen any of my 3 daughters and if I go to the state they live in to see them, i'll most certainly go to jail. Instead of standing up to my ex-wife's attorney, she convinced me that their offer was the best that I was going to get and it ended up requiring me to pay more per month than I was making. Everything was based on what I had made in salary in the past before I had become disabled to the point that I could no longer work. Now she wants me to pay her an additional 10k! I could have gotten myself screwed this bad without her services for free!
