When we were deciding to set up a new business, we utilized forms and legal services from Sivia Law. After selecting the form package we thought would be best, Todd gave us great advice and helped us structure our company properly, filing the forms we needed. With great communication, we knew it was being handled properly and could focus on the other parts of getting a new business up and running. As a side note, I've also had a friend work with Todd on a recent guardianship case and she can't stop raving about how understanding and thorough Todd was in his work! Horribly incompetent. Resulted in more damage than I thought possible when they mismanaged a simple divorce. I wouldn’t trust these people to handle anything that takes an ounce of education.
