This law firm is very is misleading when you 1st talk to them, I felt like they had forgotten about me but a year later boy did they surprise me the amount of money they got me was out standing they negotiated with the state on my behalf. The only thing bad I can say is they did not tell me how long it would take,l know but a ball park figure would have been nice . If you need a law firm Flint Cooper should be at the top of the list. I honestly will never use this law firm again.. This was my first time ever having to get a personal injury attorney, in the beginning everything seemed to be legit but now The case has been settled with the ins. Company, I’m still waiting to be paid but I’m sure the law firm has already received their portion since payment has already processed through them… As I wait I reach out by email and chat- no response or when someone does respond they blame it on another department as to why I haven’t been paid.. They act like they are not one team at this law firm .. they have to wait for months to get a response from someone that is in the same law firm.. Please choose your attorney wisely because when you’re going through something you expect your team to be honest and working for you or with you. But that’s not the case with flint Cooper. The worst communication, the worst response time, they hold on to your funds for their own gain. Nobody at this law firm will take accountability. Find another firm with better reviews! The overall ratings here are Low for a reason !
