Elizabeth was FANTASTIC! She took care of everything very efficiently. Selling two homes at the same time could have been a nightmare, but Elzabeth made everything go very smoothly, even when there were some strange issues with the sale of the homes. I never had to worry because I knew she was taking care of it all!

Elizabeth was wonderful in handling the closing on the sale of our house. It was not smooth, through no fault of hers, but we always knew what was happening because of excellent communication. Highly recommended for real estate transactions. Would work with her any time.

Elizabeth was our real estate lawyer for the sale of our house and the one we purchased. The sale of our house was with realtors and the one that we purchased was a sale by owner, both transactions were handled with professionalism, she was always keeping us informed and letting us know what we needed to do. I would not hesitate to use her again for any real estate purchases

Mission impossible accomplished!
Through our realtor’s network we met Elizabeth Ruble who managed the legalities of selling my significant other’s house, my house and helped us with buying our forever home together. Elizabeth is so incredibly talented and thorough but keeps every conversation and meeting light with her humor. Super appreciate Elizabeth and highly recommend to anyone in the market.
