Highly Recommend I was in a rough situation after my fiancé ended our engagement a month before my daughter was born. I was extremely fortunate to find Mr. Scifo, who hit the ground running on interim parenting time, multiple motions, and other initial legal issues. I was able to get immediate, guaranteed parenting time. He worked with me through a difficult 3 year custody battle. There were many challenges along the way, namely the pandemic. He was able to expedite proceedings and make professional recommendations that ultimately benefited our case. He is patient and understanding with everything from scheduling to goals. We were able to finalize the custody battle with 50/50 custody and a parenting schedule that is accommodating to my work schedule. I can’t recommend his services enough. Great guy and great lawyer that tough for my daughter and I.

After the sudden death of my MIL in another state, my husband and I needed an attorney for probate. Tony is a multilevel attorney. He worked on my post decree divorce issues involving an adult disabled child. Tony advocated for my son to get continued child support and continued maintenance for me since he needs total 1:1 support. Just to get continued "adult" child support (because of my son's disabilities) was challengingly and took a long time because of opposing counsels delay tactics. Trying to deplete my funds by delay after delay because ex was in a better financial position. Tony did an excellent job with the Zoom trial and had nothing but facts to back up my case. The judge was fair and impartial; who also understood the severity of my son’s disabilities after Tony presented my case. Tony is honest, smart and persistent to do right by his client. He has Angela at his office that will bend over backwards helping you. He also has another lawyer (Allison) at his firm who went to bat for my son and I in front of the judge too. No double billing like some firms just immersed together which was cool. Tony is a well rounded attorney who is not only good at family law like divorce, child support, adults with disabilities, maintenance, but also probate, elder law, simple/complex law offenses, litigations AND he is a mediator!! It’s no coincidence that he has a five star rating! He is truly a god send! I retained a lawyer prior to Tony and the previous lawyer TOTALLY screwed me over and left me high and dry. After going thru so many law firms offices and getting the same answer “I can’t do anything for you this case is too difficult” finally and thank God, I find the law office of Anthony R. Scifo. Right from the first contact that I had with his office to make an appointment whit him, the secretary (Angela) was very polite, professional and so kind.
