Mr. D'Onofrio was extremely kind and professional. I am 64 and not very computer literate, he was patient and understanding, he touched my heart. He explained my debt problems and gave me excellent solutions, my main problem is my only child who was also one of your clients, Brandie N McGee, my child lost her job during covid i could not let her fail, also co-signing for her car, so i got caught in my debt along with hers, Joseph listened and identified relating that he understood because he also is a father. What ever rewards that are available for Joseph he should get, he is an awesome attorney, he is defiantly partner material, don't let him get away, he is someone that you want to represent your firm. Caring, understanding, professional, informative. Joseph was a life saver today!!! My case is due in court today and I needed to drop a payment off. The customer service representative the prior day wasn’t able to find a location close and open to drop the payment off. She searched and sent out messages until she was able to find an attorney that would come into the office to accept the payment on my behalf. Thanks to Venus for going over and beyond. I was nervous about filing for bankruptcy and about the process but he explained everything so well and walked me through the steps and he was able to put my worries at ease.
