I have had an amazing experience with this company! When I first decided that I needed to do something about my financial situation I didn't know where to turn to. I responded to a piece of mail I received about bankruptcy and i couldn't be much more relieved. This might sound like a cliche review but Im so sincere with everything I am saying. Peter Francis Geraci takes the pressure and guesswork off of people who genuinely need help with they're debt situation and don't know what to do. Trust me if your debt is piling up and you know you need help, don't hesitate to contact them. They will fight for you just like the commercial says. I can personally vouch for them!!! And if you can, contact Joe D'onofrio. He has been exceptionally good in handling my particular case so I know he will be for you as well!!!

I want to start by saying, having looming debts and creditors constantly calling is beyond stressful. I had no idea of what to do and felt hopeless untill i placed the call to the Geraci law firm. Joseph made me feel at ease and lightened the dark situation i felt i was in. The process was painless and the client portal was truly effortless. All of the tools were at my fingertips without leaving the comfort of my home during these trying times. My lawyer at the dundee office was Joseph D'onofrio, could not ask for a more fast efficent or proffesional lawyer. If I ever make a recommendation to someone asking about bankruptcy or something similar him and his office will be my referral. Also speaking of Peter Francis Geraci's character as a company I must bring up my girlfriends bankruptcy which happened at a seperate office, but she finally got together enough money to pay off her remaining balance and when she called they told her that the debt had been forgiven to assist people coping with covid issues, this isnt something I expected from a chain like geraci law firms but I was most impressed.

The whole experience has been really smooth from start to finish. All employees were professional and have been helpful through the whole case.

He is a good lawyer but slow to settle and even slower to release your money. But he will get you something. He is kind also. Just slow in getting you that check. Great Lawyer.

Peter Francis Geraci Law and his team give you an experience like no other. Initially I was hesitant to file because I thought it would be complicated and a lot of work but my attorney Joseph and the rest of the team have made it one of the easiest things to do. Anyone out there that is contemplating filing and feels like there is no way out, go with this firm. You will not regret it. Anyone hesitant to move forward because of Covid, they do everything virtually and the meetings are easy and very professional as if you were in the office.
