Mr. Beer handled a workman's comp. case that clearly followed Illinois guidelines for such a case. My employer, however, termed it an "unfortunate accident" and prolonged the settlement of the case for five years and seven months. Finally, two and a half years into the case, my employer agreed it was, indeed, workman's comp. However, it took another three years before we could get contracts that reflected agreed upon terms of settlement, and those contracts were only achieved because Mr. Beer assumed strong leadership in directing the final resolution of this matter. During this lenghty process, Mr. Beer worked tirelessly and persistently with all parties in an effort to reach a timely conclusion. In all my contacts with him, he was professional and showed consideration for my case.
