Themis Katris helped us purchase our first custom home. His legal expertise was invaluable during the process. We had a PIN issue with the lot we were purchasing and Themis advised us on the best way to move forward with closing on the lot and ultimately, it saved us about $4,000 in interest payments for our loan. Its so important to have legal representation when signing document after document. Themis was able to explain important terms to us as well as facilitate amendments to our construction contract ultimately protecting us and our investment in ways we could not have thought of without his legal expertise and overall knowledge of the home buying/building process. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone buying or building a home.
