We hired Joerg to help us through the home buying process. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, but Joerg and his assistant Teresa responded quickly and explained everything until we understood.

I just had the privilege of working with Joerg Seifert recently on the purchase of my new home. I was trying to purchase a home during an unprecedented time in the world with a lot of uncertainty. Joerg was tremendous, he answered all my questions and calmed my concerns. We got to the closing table without any issues and I'm very happy with my new home. I would not think about doing anything related to real estate without calling Joerg Seifert first.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. We had a ton of questions for our lender, realtor, and attorney. Joerg was more than receptive to my double or triple checking the answers to what were likely very routine questions. At closing, he explained everything extremely thoroughly, and he made sure we understood and were comfortable with each document before signing. Highly recommend.
