Vince helped me with a difficult real estate situation involving the buyout on a family property held in a trust as tenants in common. After the death of a relative, the co-ownership turned hostile with the surviving spouse. Other attorneys wouldn't answer my calls as I assume they thought it would lead to a lengthy litigation. Vince did not back away from the challenge even though he knew it would be a lot of back and forth negotiation with all the emotions similar to a bad divorce. I could not be more thankful that he was willing to take my case and give me the legal guidance I so desperately needed.
