Needed help to create an LLC and they made a daunting task the most easiest. If you can’t reach someone on the phone, leave a voicemail and they will get back to you in less than 24 hours. Quick to reply to emails. Since I was new to this, they helped with my questions and offered easy solutions. I never felt confused or left in the dark which I appreciated because I quite literally knew nothing. Best part was everything was done through email, I love not leaving the house :) Thank you again to your team!

Took great care of my niece with her condo purchase

Neda Nozari helped me complete the purchase of a parking space from another resident in my condo building, or in legalese, a "transfer amendment for a limited common element parking space." It's a quirky procedure as a "limited common element," but Neda interpreted the terms and process such that they made sense, communicated rapidly with both myself and the seller's lawyer, and pushed through until we completed the sale–all during the middle of the pandemic. Neda was very professional, thorough and resourceful. I feel very fortunate to have found and selected her to represent me in this daunting and obscure legal transaction.
