She represented me for free, but there was a conflict of interest. So it didn't end up working out. Honestly I wish I knew all this beforehand. Isn't that her job?

She represented my Lim during a deposition of a heinous attorney that was using the deposition not for discovery but with respondents “f you” money to abuse and harass the petitioner. She was very assertive and defended her client. She did not hesitate. Allowed everything to proceed and objected when she needed to. So very grateful for her help.

I scheduled a paid consultation with Olivia. I paid the fee and received confirmation. Several days later, I received an email that she had a conflict, my appointment was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I scheduled another appointment for several days later and paid the fee. The day of the appointment, I waited for my call. After 5-6 minutes, I called her office. While waiting on hold, I received another call. It was Olivia, 8 minutes late to our 30 minute consultation. I was excited to speak with her and we started right in. Right away, I noticed she kept interrupting and talking over me. It was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. However, I was hopeful to get her advice and retain her. At 22 minutes into our call, she abruptly ends and says best of luck to you. I questioned our call ending and she said it wasn’t a good fit and that we wouldn’t be working together. It was clear she was trying to get off the phone to make her next call on time. I expected more out of a paid consultation. Her attitude and demeanor were unprofessional. I would not recommend.
