Bart took over our case at the last minute, appeared at the final trial date which was set during his first appearance and the next thing you know he emails us, "Congrats, you won!" Our previous attorney suggested we settle and pay Pushpin although the debt was erroneous, however Mt Torvik said no way, let's fight them at trial!
