Matt has been holding $1000. Of mine for two years from the sale of my home. He told me I would have to pay him $300./hr in order for him to return my money! Beware of his services. He never answers my emails or texts anymore. His behavior is nothing less than immature and unprofessional as an attorney. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I had to find an attorney who specialized in real estate for my parents to assist with a home transaction. This transaction was more complex than most since my father is a fully disabled veteran and this was a part of the home purchase process. Attorney Clavio was recommended to me by a local friend. I am so glad I chose him. He was always very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all communication. John went above and behind and closely scrutinized all documents relating the the buying of the home. In the end, after reviewing the home inspection report and discussions with the seller's attorney, he advised against buying the home. In this sense, he protected my parent's interests so they did not make a home purchase they may later regret. In addition, Mr. Clavio's fees were very reasonable based on all the work and concerted effort he made with the other parties. Therefore, I strongly recommend him without any reservations in the area of real estate law. I know we will certainly continue to use him as my parents continue their home search. Thank you, John!

BEWARE. This man and his company will allow other to steal from the estate of a deceased person and act like nothing happened. My mother passed away and he helped the conserving executor lose the will and get full heirship over her things. He withholds information from beneficiaries and files inaccurate information with the courts to have control over ones estate. I beg of you, please look around before ever calling this company. They will take your money, and leave you with absolutely nothing. BEWARE PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE.

My wife and I needed to have her mother's will taken care of. Also change the title of our house. It was in the will. After ten months we got nothing. He won't return my calls. I paid him $365. It's now late December nothing is complete I have called his office twice he won't return my calls. May 1, 2019 after 16 months Mr clavio finally opened probate on my wife's mother's will. Wow!
