I had to find an attorney who specialized in real estate for my parents to assist with a home transaction. This transaction was more complex than most since my father is a fully disabled veteran and this was a part of the home purchase process. Attorney Clavio was recommended to me by a local friend. I am so glad I chose him. He was always very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all communication. John went above and behind and closely scrutinized all documents relating the the buying of the home. In the end, after reviewing the home inspection report and discussions with the seller's attorney, he advised against buying the home. In this sense, he protected my parent's interests so they did not make a home purchase they may later regret. In addition, Mr. Clavio's fees were very reasonable based on all the work and concerted effort he made with the other parties.
