I highly recommend Skinner & Associates for any needs you would have. We used them to close on our house. Sheryl Skinner was very professional while engaging. She went through each part of the contract and explained in a way that everyone in the room could understand. When there were questions, she took the time to explain in further detail until all parties understood. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with! I cannot say enough good things about Skinner & Associates and do the experience justice. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Jim Skinner and Julie are wonderful. Jim is Jim. He gets to the point and digs until he gets what he wants or finds out what he needs to know. He will fight for you and get results. They are great. I recommend Skinner for a lawyer.

Felt like they were just after my money and did absolutely nothing for me. This was a little over a year ago. I was screwed over with money on a rent to own contract for things that weren’t disclosed on the contract went to this lawyer and after getting an offer to get part of the money back he told me not to cuz he “knew he could get more out of them” (his words) so I went with what he said and a week later I get a bill in the mail saying I owed the attorney more money. After leaving several messages and never hearing back from the office I gave up and lost all the money. Thanks Rehn!!

Jim Skinner is a terrible attorney, he took so long to file papers with the court, I had already resolved most of the issues. I had to go to the police and states attorney, myself, to get back the money my sisters were embezzling from my Mom and I. Months and months of waiting and he didn't follow up on any issues, still pending 11/2 years later.
