Jessica is the best paralegal ever. Thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, experienced and excellent at her job. Mike is also outstanding but I think some of the reason is because of Jessica's diligence. Mike help us with an opinion letter needed for our mortgage. Much appreciated. I highly recommend LaCava Law Firm. Michael and Jessica were fabulous to work with on my recent purchase of a rental property. They gave excellent advice on dealing with some problematic inspection results and negotiating a credit for one major one. They also prepared the lease for the new tenant, and Michael was very helpful in explaining the legal aspects and timing of an eventual "rent to own" (Articles of Agreement for Deed) for the tenant to purchase the home. I've worked with Jessica previously when we purchased our home when we moved here from out of state. She was efficient, spot-on with the settlement estimates, and always friendly and accessible. Michael is meticulous and detail oriented. He identified an easement issue with the property and ensured that it would be covered by the title policy and spotted one inappropriate charge by the buyer's attorney on our part of the settlement that he had removed. I appreciated how smoothly Michael and Jessica made everything about the transaction process.

So I start from beginning. My husband and I we were decided to sell our house and buy new one. So we started to look for the houses and we call the first agent that was available. So that was beautiful and nice girl Stefanie. She help us to find the house. And when the time comes she ask if we have an attorney. So we said that we don’t know anybody. And she said that she knows one. And that was LaCava Law Firm, LLC. So we started to email and text a lot with Jessica. First thing I just want to say that she is really wonderful and really nice person. We never knew or met each other, but through the whole time that we talk on phone or texting I can tell that she really really good person that ever met. She has a lot of patience for us and for all the problems that we have. She work hard and professionally. Michael is really good, he was there for us all the time. He always gives us a good advice. If I could I can give him a million stars. We are really appreciated. Michael and Jessica were a big blessing for us. I think i don’t have enough words to describe how good they are. So I definitely will recommend them to our friends.
