Anthony handled my case in an exemplary way. My case was 3 years in duration, highly complicated, and with very unique circumstances. He helped me with his knowledge and experience with advice on alternatives for my situation. He was fair, patient, available, prepared, and professional to all involved. My case began in the Fall of 2013 till summer '16 plus one other engagement in court this summer. I would recommend Anthony to my friends or anyone seeking legal advice in separation and divorce.

Anthony Giudice actually listens to what you have to say. He then offers advice and informs you on things you just would not be able to think of on your own, when you are already going through an emotional time. He is very detail oriented, can communicate succinctly and clearly, and is a great ally to have next to you in court. I never thought I would need a lawyer but I did and I am sure glad it was Anthony Giudice.

I am extremely grateful for his guidance and support during my recent divorce. I am a Virginia resident but originally from the Dekalb, IL area. I came back to the area In November 2016 at my ex-wife's request to come get my son (who lived with her in IL) and take him back to Virginia with me. As things sometimes go, she wasn't all that cooperative when I got there, so I needed a lawyer! I did not have a current attorney in IL nor did I have a referral for one. My case needed to be dealt with quickly, and Anthony met with me on only an Hour and a half notice! How's that for service? Anthony did a great job...A+...After all my challenges with this case I could not find an attorney in my area that would stand up for me and tell me what is right and what is wrong. I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Giudice as he has been representing me for the last 4 1/2 years and on going issues as well. My divorce has been extremely challenging emotionally and financially. He has gotten me through several trials and appeals. I have never doubted his dedication in representing my best interest.

My divorce was a highly contentious one, and involved custody of my one daughter, and one whom was going to be born during the divorce. Throughout the divorce, Anthony remained steadfast in taking the necessary steps to protect my children and my case, utilizing a GAL and a psychologist which ended up in our favor. He established that the other party was a liar, who would say and do anything to get custody, even if it wasn't in the best interests of the children. While the other lawyer drowned the case in ridiculous claims with tons of paperwork, resulting in a costly and dragged out divorce, Anthony always told me the facts, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. He did everything in his power to get me through the divorce, with a happy ending for the children. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.
