If you are looking for a honest hard working attorney then I highly recommend hiring John. I have cases in Kane and DuPage and I would only take a certain outcome and this is exactly what happened. I have had 2 different lawyers on this case and both tried to get me to take prison time my first lawyer 7 years, the reason why im saying this is because a lot of these lawyers don’t care, John cares. I never worried about my outcome never called him over and over because I trusted him. I was in dire need of a great defense lawyer and decided to retain John. I am extremely glad I made this decision. Throughout the entire process he explained everything clearly and offered great advice. I didn't feel pushed to make any decisions I didn't want too. John Kopp helped me with a traffic case it was really nice to know that I was in good hands with a traffic lawyer. He is so throughly I give him allot of credit for that. And he takes the time and even will go over his scope for his clients. I think he’s wonderful, he does follow up personal and will call, so it just says he takes his cases seriously and that’s very good to know that a lawyer will do that to save your drivers license! And he is so serious that he cares also he is priced appropriately I thought maybe little bit under of what he should have but not only that he won’t tell lies and is honest!! Which says so much!

John is a great guy. He's very personable and straight to the point. I was pulled over for improper lane usage and was arrested for DUI. John listened carefully to everything I said and after watching the video from the police department, told me I had a strong case in winning the DUI. My case was continued about 4 times and each time, he was there with me to represent me and actually ended up winning the case. I put my trust in him and he delivered. I would HIGHLY recommend him as your representation. He has great rapport with prosecuting attorneys and judges and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the law.
