I truly cannot state how experienced, efficient, and professional Kristen Strieker & Bryttany Buenger operate their law firm. I've had Kristen in my corner for 4.5 years, and she has truly saved me, and my entire family from being on the wrong end of family court. Kristen, fought vigorously to ensure that I was not going to be an "every other weekend dad". Being a father (as well as the non custodial parent) in family court, it is very easy to feel like all of the odds are stacked against you, to where you feel like you won't be able to get anywhere when it comes to fighting to have a normal family life. Kristen & Bryttany were always able to get me to help me stay focused and not become discouraged. I leaned on those two quite often, and they were always there. Communication. They are very good about being responsive, however, like with many people who have to deal with many clients, it is important that you do your part in helping them make it easy to respond to you. Emails with bullet points outlining your questions or concerns seemed to always ensure a speedy and thorough reply. SIDE NOTE: Kristen has a very calm demeanor. Don't let that fool you for not seeming that she is losing an edge... Kristen always has a precise, highly efficient & effective action plan. As soon as she sets foot in court, it's all business and she performs lights out, every time. Lastly, I want to make personal statement of what I learned about them over the years. They embody, and consistently practice qualities and actions that will help the family courts be better. They find the facts and stick with doing what is right. If you're wrong, or need to be better/more understanding in a scenario, they will educate you and continue fighting and representing for what is right. They never once referenced or performed dirty tactics that seem to be used in the courts. It says a lot about them, and their record shows that. If you're a good father seeking more time with your kid(s), then you'll be more than well off to have Kristen & Bryttany in your corner.

Kristen and Bryttany are extremely professional, responsive, and well-organized. Kristen is well-spoken, always prepared, and knows her way around the court process. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle legal issues. Highly recommended.

Kristen and Bryttany are the dream team! Kristen has been my attorney for a long and ever changing case. She listens to her clients concerns and explains the process of family court. I've always felt that my case, and ultimately my child's wellbeing, has been in good hands with Strieker Law. Bryttany is great! Its always nice to have someone answer the phones who cares about their clients! After a long battle Strieker law was able to obtain payment of a portion of my attorney fees!

If you’re looking for a legal dream team that is sharp, devoted to their clients and compassionate, then you need Kristen and Bryttany! As a military mom stationed overseas, I had numerous concerns when making modifications to my custody agreement. While other lawyers were unsure of how to navigate the nuances of multiple deployments, the military, and a couple of international moves, Kristen provided pragmatic legal advice, fought hard for me and for my daughter, and truly listened to my questions and concerns. She always gave me honest feedback...even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, never left a question unanswered, and was always willing to communicate with me even when we faced an impressive time difference. Divorces and child custody situations can be grueling, but I was in excellent hands with Kristen and Bryttany, her paralegal. Bryttany was always responsive when I had questions, treated me like a friend, and I never once had any administrative issues. Kristen is top notch! I have been through the courts for the last 6 years for family matters. Kristen has been there for 2 of my 6 year struggle. I started down the path of divorce with a different attorney that just wasn’t a good fit for me. Once I found Kristen, I knew from our first meeting that she had the right balance of empathy and professionalism to focus entirely on how to move forward, while not depersonalizing the very personal aspects of my case.
