Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying my home. I had an especially complicated situation with many bureaucratic obstacles and Sam smoothly and seamlessly maneuvered all of them, even the ones that weren't necessarily his job. I definitely could not have done it without him. He stood by my side at every step and was always willing to fight for me. He always made sure I had all of the right information and did an incredibly thorough job foreseeing any and all obstacles. I definitely recommend hiring him for any real estate needs.

Sam was instrumental in the process of purchasing our house. He provided honest, professional and valuable advice from the very beginning of the experience. He was always readily available for a phone call or email and took the time to hear what we had to say and offer his best recommendations. Sam provided a very experienced perspective and tremendous legal advice to help us through a long closing process. Sam was a real pleasure to work with. We purchased a home without a real estate agent representing us and Sam helped us review contracts and closing documents- but more importantly, he provided great advice / guidance proactively throughout the process.

Sam was thorough, precise, and efficient throughout his counsel as our attorney on the purchase of our first home. He worked closely with us to make sure our needs were met and that we were well positioned to negotiate terms of the sale in our favor. I've worked with Sam on a number of transactions over close to a 20-year period. I find him highly knowledgeable and unfailingly efficient, thorough and responsive. Moreover, he's always pleasant to deal with, and his considerable expertise and good humor help dispel the feelings of anxiety that often accompany a real estate transaction. Finally, his fees are quite reasonable. He has my great respect and I would give him an unqualified recommendation.

I sought Sam out because he did an excellent job many years ago when I purchased the property
I highly recommend Sam. He is extremely thorough, organized, proactive and a pleasure to work with.
Sam anticipates potential issues and addresses them on the front end so they will not end up being an issue.

Sam helped me with my closing of my apartment. This was the first property purchasing in Illinois after I moved back to the Chicago area. He was wonderful and gave very sound advise.
