Placed a lean on my personal injury case which was probably worth peanuts to begin and then dropped me thru their own voluntary action. You have to wonder how he develops such winning strategy. I was recommended a doctors office Thru his secretary and I don’t think that’s right.

Atrocious representation for personal injury, if that's what you want to call it. Epitome of greed. Only interested in 1/3 of the claim, and once it's determined what figure he will collect, the client gets a constant run around and minimal effort to see that the injured one gets paid. I was actually told to negotiate my own medical bills-that they don't represent me for that part of the injury case. All parties paid from my claim agreed to reduced fees, except the party who did the least to receive fees- Alexander Gruzmark, after stating he would do his best to reduce some of his fees. If you want an attorney who gets paid more than the injured party or surgeon and medical providers who worked on the injury, then he's your guy.

We evaluated several attorneys and chose Mr. Provenza because we experienced from him a more detailed and comprehensive approach. Our final trust documents reflected just that: all our requests (and many things we had not thought of) were addressed in a satisfactory manner.
