Priti is an excellent attorney with a great knowledge of commercial transactions. She helped me with my real estate purchase. She was very meticulous throughout the process and had excellent checklists for everything. Her emails were quick and detailed. She was always available to answer my numerous 'first-time homebuyers' questions. Since then, she has also guided me through some estate planning concerns. Lawyer took on a probate estate case with no experience in the field. She had to hire another attorney to complete the case. Complained about all the expenses she put out due to outsourcing of the case. The process took way longer than usual. Lawyer lacked knowledge so the information provided throughout the process was incorrect and complicated things. Dont know how she handles other cases but did horrible for probate estate.
