Amy and her team did a great job of keeping us in the loop for our home sale and purchase. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that we understood absolutely everything that was going on, throughout the process, before she hung up the phone. Amy and her staff also did a great job of handling all of the background requirements, such as final water bills, association fees, etc. that we would have had a difficult time taking care of, during all of the moving processes. I hired Amy to buy my first home after a recommendation from someone in real estate. My situation ended up being a little unusual and she was the only professional involved in the transaction as there were no agents and no attorney on the seller’s side. With that in mind, Amy was very proactive in working with the seller, often anticipating their next move, and was quick to communicate between both parties. Her office was always professional and Pam was great to work with as well. Amy was patient through the entire process that took much longer than expected, and did everything to ensure a quick and easy closing. I will recommend Martin & Mennecke to anyone looking for real estate representation and will continue to use Amy in the future.
