I hired Jason Marks to work on my behalf for my workman's compensation claim after my first attorney failed to respond to my inquiries over and over again. My first questions to Mr. Marks was, "how long is a reasonable time frame for a response from you?". He said, "24 hours". He adhered to that time frame for the entire time it took to finish my claim. Both he and his assistant were very helpful. Mr. Marks was receptive to answering questions and looking at my case from different angles. He proceeded aggressively when he felt it was necessary. Doing so moved my case to the highest settlement amount possible and to a reasonable conclusion. The whole process of being involved in workman's comp. is tedious and unfair.
