Efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking and personable. We decided to sell our 2 Gurnee duplexes in May. Using our agent's recommendation we contacted Judy to represent us. Couldn't be more pleased with that decision. From the start she was ready to step in as soon as she was needed. The properties went up for sale in June. Our properties had a contract for sale 3 days after being shown for the 1st time. True to her word she was available when needed. We closed on July 12. Efficient? Absolutely. We were well informed all along the way. Everything needed was ready Knowledgeable? Without a doubt. Something came up that we had never heard of before. It was handled and information got to us quickly. Hardworking? You bet. I saw some midnight emails come to us as the closing approached. Personable? She's a nice lady. She even laughed at some of my jokes. Her staff is a mirror of her. We will hire her again. You should too.
