Could really tell throughout the process that they do this all the time and gave us confidence in the transaction. I was referred to Thomas W. Lynch and Associates over a year ago, but had not built up enough nerves to contact them until recently. After spending countless hours reading reviews and researching I crossed firm after firm that was more concerned with start-up money than actually helping me as a client. On one occasion one law firm made me fill out my own paperwork on paper that looked like it was created by a high school student. As if thebstress of decidingbrobfile bankruptcy is not enough I was overwhelmed and frustrated by all of these experiences. Finally, I found myself walking through the door of Thomas Lynch's firm ready for my appointment with attorney Laxmi Sarathy with about 20 questions that I had prepared from different websites online. Right away the experience and atmosphere was different. Laxmi went through all of the paperwork I brought with me and wrote all of the information down on a packet that looked like an official document. Laxmi answered all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them and made me feel cared for. I was much more relaxed with her calming personality. To say that she is knowledgeable about bankruptcy law is an understatement. At the conclusion of the consultation, with a big sigh of relief, I decided to put my money down to get the process started. After I lost a good job I had had for years, I lost my house in foreclosure. I went to Mr. Lynch and he did a bankruptcy for me so I could put the whole thing behind me. This year I recieved a very threatening letter from the IRS over a large tax bill (I took all my pension money from an old job and didn't pay in in 2010) I went back to Mr. Lynch and he put the brakes on the IRS and got me on a low pay plan. They did my 2012 tax return as part of the deal. It felt good that I was able to find someone who I believe knows what he's doing and who got my problems solved fast and wasn't too expensive.

I came in to Mr. Lynch's office about 3 months ago with a tax problem. I met with both Mr. Lynch and Mr. Schimanski regarding my issue. Mr. Schimanski took my case, and my issues were resolved quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend this law firm, they are prompt in returning calls, they are very interested in their clients, and most of all they are NICE ATTORNEYS, and very understanding. If I ever need another attorney in the future I will contact Mr. Lynch's firm.

We believed we had a complicated bankruptcy case and met with Mr. Lynch to discuss our case. He has engaging and made it easy for us to understand our bankruptcy options. He communicated clearly what the next steps in filing our Chapter 13 case would be and after we got him our documents, he followed through on what he said he was going to do. In fact, he was successful in removing our second mortgage lien from our property!
