As we all know, it can be so difficult finding a trusted attorney, let alone one that you end up calling a friend. I have used John and Ross on more than one occasion for not only myself but my family and friends for a multitude of reasons and they have been able to remedy each one. They know me by first name and Pat is always there with a smile to greet you when you walk or call in. I can't recommend and thank them enough.

When I first started on my court battle, having a background as a legal assistant I thought it was a straight forward fight. I thought since my ex was not following the provisions of our divorce decree I would file the paperwork needed and a resolution would be arrived at. Ignorantly I did not expect a fight. When I realized my court battle would not be a straight forward as I had thought, being unable to afford an attorney I began looking for a lawyer to help me. Time and time again I called attorney after attorney asking and eventually begging for help with my case. Time and time again I met with both pleasant and unpleasant legal professionals, some willing to offer advice others not even willing to speak with me without first receiving financial compensation. During those years I fought for custody I continued to search for legal help while continuing to fight for all provisions of our divorce decree that my ex did not comply with, one main issue being child support. Eventually I was granted arrears, though not the correct amount. It was a small victory and only half the battle. The interest matter still remained and was not even being addressed. The first time I came across Martoccio & Martoccio on my never ending search for legal help I was blown away by the information available on the subject made available by John Martoccio. Of course I called immediately. The first thing I heard was a voice recorded message telling me Martoccio & Martoccio returned calls within 24 hours. I was doubtful but less than 12 hours later I did receive a return phone call from John Martoccio. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with an attorney who had a cheerful and yet passionate disposition regarding support and the best interest of my child. John Martoccio has been willing to offer legal help at very reasonable rate. Martoccio & Martoccio and especially John Martoccio is a wonderful asset to the Illinois legal community.

I've retained the services of Martoccio & Martoccio on multiple occasions. I keep going back to them because of the quality of service and advice they've provided. They represented me in a complex divorce, and in two real estate transactions. They've been around the block many times and can often anticipate issues before they get out of hand. I strongly recommend them for all family law matters. My divorce was a complex, high-value case. John was the primary attorney on this case, but other attorneys from his office also helped out as the case evolved. John's depth of knowledge on all aspects of the case were invaluable. He knew how to handle every curve-ball that came our way. All complex cases have their ups and downs. John knew when it was better to bend, and when to stand firm. His objective advice was hugely important during the emotional roller coaster that was my divorce. Even the simplest real estate transaction can be confusing at times. Thanks to Ross and Mark, both of my recent transactions went smoothly. Beyond walking me through the closing process, each of my cases had legal issues that came up as the closing date approached. Ross advised me through these, and ensured that everything was handled promptly and to both parties' satisfaction. In short, whenever I have a question relating to any area of Family Law, my first and only call is to Martoccio & Martoccio. They've never let me down!

John is a great lawyer from the little time I spoke to him he cleared up so much questions that I had with no hesitation in his response or doubt made me feel like a person and not just another case I will recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated equally and fairly goes above and beyond to answer any questions if I could add more then 5 stars he would get it that's how much confidence I have on how he handles each and every individual case
