I went through a very traumatic and unbelievable situation while completing my medical degree as a doctor in medical school. I was physically attacked by an ex-girlfriend, at her house, when I announced that I didn't want to continue due to her alcoholism. Trying to escape the house, and only blocking as I headed to the door, she became more vicious. I left with no shoes on my feet, no car keys, and left all my belongings. The individual lied to the cops, I was arrested, and had to get a lawyer. I call Fiscella Law LLC, met him at a Starbucks, and explained what happened. I've never something of this nature, and I've never been attacked or assaulted by a woman in my life. I have an exceptional record, with no violence of any kind. Mr. Fiscella, was absolutely friendly, professional, investigative, prompt with the process and understanding to what I had experience. He was very assertive and explained to me about the process and procedures in detail, and help assured that I was going to get an honest fair hearing. He was extremely acknowledgeable about the judges too. During the trial he demonstrated his intuitive, wisdom of logical sense, and probing tactics to the degree that the lies were revealed. This engendered the true vicious character to expose itself during the court hearing. The entire court could actually witness first-hand of the true nature of the person. In conclusion, I was acquitted, and Mr. Fiscella got it expunged by the court immediately. The job that Fiscella Law LLC demonstrated was superior, life learning, exceptional, and rewarding to me as an innocent person who had been wrongfully accused.
