What a phenomenal job done by James in DuPage County traffic court! With his guidance, he helped to get a ticket expunged for my 17 year old son. At the same time, he realized the importance of ensuring a lesson was learned. As a father himself, he totally gets it. He was empathetic and beyond professional and unbelievably fair with his fees! This is my second time being represented by attorney James Kassir and I have to say, he is truly the best. Incredibly fair and professional this man is on it! Extremely pleased with the work of my attorney provided through Off The Record. As a former police officer I’m familiar with our traffic court system. I decided to use the service for several reasons among having a clean driving record for the past 20 years, I didn’t want to risk any points on my cdl. One court appearance and the citation was dismissed. Typically the court will continue cases when the Officer or witnesses don’t show which hurts your chances of resolving the matter in your favor. However, having an attorney who is familiar with the court goes a long way to show that your defense is serious & prepared, when a judge sees this they typically act in your favor. I left work doing my lunch Court was at 1pm case called at 115pm and I was on my way back to work by 120 pm.
